This video will walk you through how to join a conversation right on Lattitude! Add your topics of interest, select availability. Let’s Lattitude!
In order to join a conversation (up to 5 mins early), you can access it from your home page or the conversations tab.

Navigate to the “Conversations” tab

Click Join call – this will only be clickable up to 5 mins before the call starts
Step 2
Smile and start achieving your dreams
We recommend that you kick off the conversation by reviewing the agenda with the other user (cannot edit the agenda or the goals during the conversation)
Step 3
Track action items while on the call, remember that you cannot edit the actions of other users
Step 4
Track notes for reference after the call (and to prep for future calls)
Reminder that you can toggle on the “shareable note” option if you want the other user to see the note as well.
